摘要
本试验采用改良的Hungate厌氧操作技术与MPN法,测定了二种水稻田中产甲烷菌数量,同时分离纯化了占优势的液泡甲烷八叠球菌(Methanosarcina Vocuolata)和嗜树木甲烷短杆菌(Methanobrevibacter arboriphilicus)。
The methanogens population were determined in two paddy soils by improved Hungate method and MPN enumeration method. Results indicated that the number of methanogenic bacteria in rice paddies reached a maximum in the tilleting stage of the rice plant. The predominant methanogens in paddy soils were Methanosarcina Vaculata and Methanobrevibacter arboriphilicus.
