摘要
本文述了容积为2000m^3的生产性UASB反应器常温条件下处理啤酒废水的启动运行过程。当反应器稳定运行时,容积负荷可达6~8kgCOD/(m^3·d),水力停留时间为6~7小时,COD去除率达85%左右,出水COD小于500mg/L。本试验成功地实现了UASB反应器内厌氧污泥颗粒化。培养颗粒污泥的关键技术是提供良好的营养条件、维持适当的进水碱度和适时调整水力负荷。
The start-up performance of a 2000m^3 full-scale UASB reactor to treat brevery wastewater at ambient temperature was described in this paper, When the reactor was operated steadily, the volumetric COD loading rate could reach 6-8 kgCOD/m^3/d, HRT was 6-7 hours, COD removal rate was about 85% and the effluent COD vas less than 500mg/l. The granulation of anaerobic sludge in the full-scale UASB reactor was carried out. The key techniques of cultivation of granular sludge were a proper nutrient, suitable alkalinity and adjusting hydraulic loading rate in good time.
