轻身调脂片治疗中老年高脂血症临床观察

Observation on Treatment of Qing-Shen Tiao-Zhi Tablet for Hyperlipemia in Middle and Old-Aged Subjects

报道了中药轻身调脂片对中老年高脂血症患者血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)以及低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、致动脉硬化指数(AI)的影响,并与月见草油胶囊组对照。结果治疗组总有效率为91.67%,对照组为71.43%(P<0.05)。TC、TG、LDL-C、AI治疗组给药前后对照,P<0.01;而对照组给药前后对照仅个别指标P<0.05。同时进行了治疗组给药8周与12周的比较以及各组间比较,提示;轻身调脂片有较好的调整腊类代谢紊乱的作用,尤其是降LDL-C、AI的作用,对预防和抗动脉粥样硬化有一定的意义。

The effect of Qing-Shen Tiao-Zhi (QSTZ) tablet which consisted of Rheum palmatum andAlismatis orientale etc. on serum TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C and atheerogenic index (AI) wasreported in 73 senile hyperlipemic patient, while another 21 patients took Yue Jian Cao (YJC) oil capsule. The results showed that total effective rate was 91.7% in QSTZ group, and 71.43% in theYJC group (P< 0.05). The levels of TC, TG and LDL-C before and after medication showedsignificant difference, P< 0.01 in QSTZ group and that there was only a few persons those P< 0.05in control group. About AI, it revealed in QSTZ and control group as P< 0.01 and >0.05 respective-ly.
