针刺治疗冠心病的临床与微循环观察

Clinical Observations and Microcirculation Studies on Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease with Acupuncture

观察针刺治疗冠心病70例,另有29例口服消心痛、心痛定作药物对照。经两个疗程治疗后,两组大部分患者的临床症状、心电图和甲皱微循环障碍都有不同程度改善,特别是针刺治疗组管袢内血流速度加快和血细胞聚集减轻更为显著;两组总积分值治疗前后改变,也提示微循环的改善针刺治疗组优于药物对照组,第二疗程后的改善又比第一疗程后明显。文章从微循环的角度对针刺治疗冠心病的作用机理,进行了初步探讨。

70 cases of coronary heart disease were treatedwith acupuncture,and 29 cases with oral administra-tion of isosorbide dinitrate and nifepine as control.After 2 courses of treatments clinical symptoms,ECGand the disturbance of nail fold microcirculation wereimproved to various extent in most patients of bothgroups.Especially,the acceleration of blood flow ve-locity in the capillary loop and the lowering of ag-gregation of hemocytes were more noticeable in the acu-puncture group.The difference in total product be-fore and after the treatment between the two groupsrevealed that the improvement of microcirculation inthe acupuncture group is superior to that in the medica-tion group,and the improvement after the secondcourse is more noticeable than that after the 1st one.A preliminary investigation on the mechanisms ofacupuncture in treating coronary heart disease wasmade from the microcirculation point of view.
