针灸治疗淋菌性关节炎116例临床观察

Clinical Observations on 116 Cases of Gonococcal Arthritis Treated with Acupuncture

本文介绍针灸治疗淋菌性关节炎116例,将临床病例根据不同的疾病部位,分为膝、踝、肘、腕关节4组,选大椎、曲池、足三里为主穴,循经选择局部要穴为辅,采取针刺、隔蒜灸、拔火罐等方法,总有效98例,占84.5%,且越早应用,临床效果越好。

The treatment of 116 cases of gonococcal arthritiswith acupuncture was presented in this paper.Thepatients were divided into 4 groups;the knee,ankle,elbow and wrist joint groups,according to the locationaffected.Dazhui(DU14),Quchi(LI11),and Zusanli(ST36)were prescribed as primary points.Big localpoints were recommended as supplementary pointsbased on the affected meridians.Needling,indirectmoxibustion with garlic,cupping were employed.Therapeutic effects were obtained in 98 cases(84.5%).It was shown that the earlier the treatment is given,the better the clinical effect is.
