由世界针灸学会联合会委托意大利针灸和传统中医协会主办的'国际针灸研究趋势研讨会'于1992年10月22日至24日在意大利罗马国家中心图书馆会议厅召开。来自45个国家的420名代表出席会议。会议征集论文350篇,内容涉及针灸研究方法、研究技术、研究经验和临床应用等方面。

The papers presented in the International Sym-posium on the Trend of Studies on Acupuncture,held in October 22—24,1992 in Rome,Italy,aresummed up here.The authors present the recent deve-lopment,orientation and problems as well as thecorresponding strategies in research on acupuncturethroughout the world.A bright prospect in acupunc-ture is also demonstrated.
