用经络治疗仪治疗急性乳腺炎58例

Observations on 58 Cases of Acute Mastitis Treated by Meridian Apparatus

据国内有关资料,近年来急性乳腺炎的发病率占哺乳期妇女的10%左右,多系乳汁过剩所致。如何寻求一种简便速效,无痛苦,无副作用的治疗方法,将是一个新的重要课题。笔者近年以肩井穴为主,用经络治疗仪代替传统的针刺手法,配以阿是穴治疗急性乳腺炎58例,收到满意效果,现分析报导如下。

Fifty eight patients who had been sufferingfrom acute mastitis for 1 to 28 days were treated bya meridian apparatus,Jianjing(GB 21)and Ashi onthe affected side were stimulated with the intensityinducing numb and vibrating sensations in localareas.The therapeutic effects were remarkable whenthe numb sensation spreading to the whole breast.The treatment lasted 30 min and was given once aday or twice for severe patients.Among the 58cases,cure was obtained in 57 cases(98.3%),ef-fectiveness in 1 case with the average number oftreatments of 1.5 times.
