针刺拔罐治疗百日咳310例疗效观察

Observation on 310 Cases of Perlussis Treated with Acupuncture Combined with Cupping

1 临床资料310例中,男179例,女131例;年龄7月～2岁者70例,2^+～5岁者197例,5^+～8岁者43例;痉咳时间3天～1周者92例,1^+～2周者89例,2^+～3周者57例,3^+～4周者40例,4～6周者32例;痉咳次数每日最少者6次,最多者15次,大多数为10次左右。就诊时全都病例均有阵发性痉咳伴面赤流泪、口唇发绀;伴鸡啼样哮吼205例,呕吐198例。

Three hundred tea children suffering from per-puncture combined with cupping.Dazhui(GV 14),bilateral Feisbu(BE 13)points were punct red su-perficially.After bemg moderately twisted and twirledfor several times,the needles were withdrawn and(?)pping was then applied there for 5 minutes tocause a little bleeding.The treatment was employedonce a day.It was observed that all the patientswere cured within (?)days.Of those,255 cases(72.5%)were cured within 3 days.Usually after 2treatments the frequency of spasmodic cough wasattenuated by over 50%.
