Treatment of Adult Nephrotic Syndrome Mainly with Ginger Moxibustion

1 临床资料1.1 病例来源本组均为住院病人,按1985年全国第二届肾脏病学术会议肾小球疾病临床分型肾病综合征诊断标准(A)大量蛋白尿(超过3.5克/24小时),(B)低蛋白血症(血浆白蛋白<3克/dl),(C)明显浮肿,(D)高脂血症,(其中 A、B 两项为必备)无持续性高血压。

In the present study ginger moxibustion combinedwith Chinese drugs was used to treat adult patientssuffering from nephrotic syndromes for 5 days-14years.The acupoints used were Qihai(CV6)andGuanyuan(CV4).In addition,Shuifen(CV9)wasadded during the edema period and Daimai(GB26)and Shenshu(BL23)during the non-edema period.Reinforcing or reducing manipulation was selectedaccording to the current circumstances.The treatmentwas conducted every other day with 5 moxa conesfor each time,and 15 treatments made a course.Ifnecessary,another course followed in 5 days.Duringthe treatment medicinal decoction was administeredonce a day.Complete remission was observed in 31cases(62%),basic remission in 8 cases,partialremission in 9 cases,and failaer in 3 cases with atotal effective rate of 94%.
