针刺治疗眼睑下垂120例疗效观察

Observation on Therapeutic Effects of Acupuncture on 120 Cases of Blepharoptosis

眼睑下垂,又称眼肌麻痹、上胞下垂,在《请病源候论》中称睢目,又称侵风,目睑垂缓。重症者《目经大成》称为眼废。本病包括现代医学的眼上裂综合症、眼重症肌无力、动眼神经麻痹(以上眼提肌为多见)等。动眼(第Ⅲ)、滑车(第Ⅳ)及外展(第Ⅵ)

One hundred twenty cases of ptosis were treatedwith acupuncture Cuanzhu(BL2),Sizhukong(TE23),Jingming(BL1),Yuyao(EX-HN4)points were sele-cted as main points.Shenshu(BL23),Mingmen(GV4),Pishu(BL20)and Xiangu(ST43)points wereadded for deficiency of Spleen and Kidney Yang,Fengchi(GB20),Hegu (L14),Waiguan(TE5)and Yanglao(SI6)added for wind evil affectingeyelids,Zusanli(ST36)and Sanyinjiao(SP6)added for insufficiency of middle-warmer energy,and Qihai(CV6)and Baihui(CV20)added forvertigo.The treatment was employed once everyday.It was shown that after treating 1—20 times markedeffects were obtained in 90 cases(75.0%),impro-ved in 21 cases(17.5%)and failure in 9 cases(7.5%).Among the three types mentioned above thetherapeutic effects were the best in the type of insu-fficiency of middle-warmer energy with the curerate of 83.3%(50/60),moderate in the type of windevil affecting eyelids with that of 79%(40/51),andthe worst in the type of deficiency of Spleen andKidney Yang with that of only 11.1%(1/9).
