Abnormal Fetal Position Treated with Auricular-Plaster Therapy Combined with Recurvation Posture in 124 Cases

胎位不正是孕妇在妊娠过程中常见的异常情况,也是在分娩过程中导致难产的主要原因,若不及时矫正将会给产妇和婴儿带来不良后果。矫正方法常用的有传统的膝胸卧位、外倒转术、艾灸至阴、中药保产无忧方(验方),以及耳压疗法等。为了探索寻找出一种安全可靠、简便宜行、成功率高。

Auricular-plaster therapy combined with recurva-tion posture was used,in the present observation,totreat 124 cases of abnormal fetal position.While thepregnant woman was lying in bed in recurvationposture,vaccaria seeds were sticked with plaster tothe following auricular points:Uterus,Sympatheticnerve,Subcortex,Liver,and then the seeds werepressed gently for 15 min.Meanwhile,the patienthold the posture for 30 min.This treatment wasperformed three times a day after the meals,and 3-4 days of treatments made a course.The two earswere alternativelytreated.With this treatment thecure rate in correcting fetal position was up to95.16%.
