头穴配穴方法述略

A Discussion on Prescriptions of Head Points

头穴配穴方法是在脑(包括大脑、小脑、脑干)的体表及其邻近部位选取腧穴的方法。有文字记载始冗于扁鹊用'三阳五输'治疗虢太子尸厥。近几十年发展很快,从单穴到组穴,从点线结合到刺激区,广泛地应用于临床,根据目前的临床与实验研究结果。

In this paper the prescriptions of head pointselinically used at present are classified into threetypes:the prescription determind based on the prin-ciple of traditional Chinese medicine;the prescriptionaccording to physiological and anatomical basis ofthe brain and nervous system to select correspondingcortical stimulating areas;the prescription based onclinical experience and on the results obtained fromexperimental research.In the paper the authors brief-ly describe the three kinds of prescriptions,andconsider that they can be applied either independentlyor in combination.
