摘要
涌泉穴位于足心陷中,屈足卷趾宛宛中,于足底(去趾)前1/3处,踡足时呈凹陷处取之。涌泉穴属天、地、人三才穴之一。《针灸资生经》曰:'针灸于诸穴皆分主之,独于膏育、三里、涌泉特云治杂病是三穴者,无所不治也'。
In this paper the authors summarize the clinicalapplication of Yongquan point (KI 1) and presentsome case reports.Yongquan point is the Jing-Wellpoint of the Kidney Channel of Foot-shaoyin,As allof the Jing-Well points can induce resuscitation,theauthors believe that Yongquan is an important pointin emergency.In addition,acupuncture at this pointcan nourish kidney Yin and tonify the kidney.Therefore,it can be used to treat various syndromesdue to kidney Yin deficiency,and also to treat otherdiseases such as headache,infertility and vomiting.
