摘要
本文探讨了中西医结合治疗成人原发性肾病综合征(PNS)的方法及效果,西医治疗组66例,主要用激素治疗;中西医结合组68例,用中药配合激素治疗。结果表明:用中药配合激素治疗,无论在增加疗效和减少不良反应上,均有相得益彰之效。中西组的有效率达85.3%,而西医组仅56.1%。中西组用激素的不良反应发生率为14.8%,而西医组为48.4%。
This paper studied the method and effect of adult primary nephrotic syndrome (PNS) with theintegrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine (TCM-WM) treatment. 134 patients weredivided into WM groap (66 cases) and TCM-WM group (68 cases). Both groups were mainly treatedwith corticosteroid. The latter group was treated with corticosteroid plus Chinese medicinal herbs.The results showed that total effective rate of WM group and TCM-WM group was 56.1% and 85.3%respectively while the occurrence rate of side effect was 48% and 14.8% respectively. It indicatedthat corticosteroid plus Chinese medicinal herbs could enhance curative effect and reduce side effect.
