冠心病血瘀证患者血小板脂质过氧化物与血栓素A_2/前列环素平衡的研究 被引量:16

摘要 观察了98名健康人、109例血瘀证和非血瘀证冠心病患者血小板脂质过氧化损伤与血栓素A_2/前列环素(TXA_2/PGI_2)平衡的关系,发现血瘀证组血小板脂质过氧化物(PL-LPO)、血浆脂质过氧化物(LPO)、血栓素B_2明显增高,非血瘀证组血小板超氧化物歧化酶(PL-SOD)、血小板硒谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(PL-SeGSHPx)、血浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、6-酮-前列腺素F_(1α)(6-Keto-PGF_(1α))显著降低,血瘀证组PL-LPO与血浆LPO呈显著正相关。提示血小板脂质过氧化损伤可能是血瘀证的原发性损伤因素之一;血栓素B_2(TXB_2)、LPO可能属于血的范畴,PGI_2、SOD、SeGSHPx可能属于气的范畴,两者失调则构成本虚标实的病理基础。 In order to study the biochemical and pathophysiological mechanism of the Blood StasisSyndrome (BSS) or Non-BSS of coronary heart disease (CHD) patients, the activities of SOD,Selenium-glutathion peroxidase, the content of LPO in plasma and platelets and the contents ofTXB_2 and 6-keto-PGF_1α in plasma were determined in 109 BSS and Non-BSS of CHD patientscompared with 98 healthy controls. It was discovered that the contents of TXB_2, LPO, PL-LPO, andthe ratio of TXB_2/6-keto-PGF_1α were significantly increased in BSS-CHD patients compared withcontrols and Non-BSS-CHD patients. It was also discovered that the SOD activities and thecontents of 6-keto-PGF_1α decreased significantly in Non-BSS-CHD patients, The results suggestedthat the injury of platelets by oxygen free radicals might be one of the primary injury factors in BSS-CHD patients. Our conclusion is that PGI_2, SOD belong to the catagory of Heart-Qi, while TXA_2,LPO to the Blood catagory. Therefore TXB_2, 6-keto-PGF_1α, SOD, LPO should serve as some ofthe objective indexes for BSS patients of CHD.
