Effect of Processing on the Extraction of Alkalkaloids from Strychnos

实验结果表明,进口与云南产马钱子中,士的宁和马钱子碱在水煎液中含量相近,但进口马钱子中4-羟基依卡精、士的宁氮氧化物和马钱子碱氮氧化物在水煎液中含量较云南马钱子高;油炸马钱子中士的宁和马钱子碱在水煎液中含量均高于砂烫马钱子。

Results of experiments showed that the contents of strychnine and brueine were about the same in decoction of Strychnos nux-vomica and S. peirriana, but the contents of vomieine, strychnine N-oxide and brueine N-oxide were greater in the former than in the latter. The contents of strychnine and brueine were greater under scalding with hot sand than deepfrying with Sesame oil.
