摘要
用黄嘌呤6.4mg·100g^(-1)·d^(-1)、黄嘌呤氧化酶0.1u·100g^(-1)·d^(-1)造成Wistar大鼠自由基损伤、使心功能指标显著下降。10mg·100g^(-1)·d^(-1)人参二、三醇组皂甙,均使致损心肌的各项指标一致向正常方向转化。而且二醇组比三醇组的作用更强。
Rats were free-radical-damaged by xanthine 6.4 mg·100g^(-1)·d^(-1) and xanthine oxidase 0.1U·100g^(-1) d^(-1) to cause significant decrease in the cardiac functional parameters. Panaxatriol saponins 10mg·100g^(-1)·d^(-1) converted all the indices toward normal without exception. Panaxadiol saponins were more effective than panaxatriol saponins.
