摘要
实验结果表明:茜草、仙鹤草中铜、锌、铁、锰4种元素在水煎液中的溶出量很小,仅个别元素可达6%;但将水煎液消解后,有的可达30%。随着煎煮次数的增加,煎液中4种元素含量逐渐减少,但各次煎液中的Mn/Zn值和Zn/Cu值却变化不大。
The experimental results indicate that the amounts of Cu, Zn, Fe and Mn in Rubia cordifolia and Agrimonia pilosa var.japonica are very small in boiling water extraets (only 6%). But after digestion they may rise to 30%. It was found that the amounts of four traee elements decreased with the increase of extracting time, but the ratios of Mn/Zn and Zn/Cu were almost the same.
