Optimization of the Preparing Process for Sinitang Drop Pills by Orthogonal Test

用正交试验法优选了四逆汤滴丸的制备工艺,通过9次试验,用3个指标对结果进行直观分析和方差分析,筛选出了四逆汤滴丸的最适制备工艺。用此工艺制备的滴丸经质量检查均符合规定。

The preparing process for Sinitang drop pills was optimized by orthogonal test. The results from nine experiments were subjected with three indexes to objective analysis and variance analysis, and an optimum preparing process for Sinitang drop pills was sieved out. The qttality of the drop pills prepared in this way was examined to be up to the standard.
