空心莲子草有效部分对流行性出血热病毒感染乳鼠的保护作用

Alternanthera philoxeroides (Mavt.) Griseb Protection Against Fetal EHF Virus Infection in Suckling Mice

利用致死性乳鼠动物模型,证实了空心莲子草有效部分对流行性出血热病毒感染的乳鼠具有保护作用。治疗后的乳鼠生存率提高,组织病理损伤减轻,病毒抗原量减少。治疗剂量的药物仅引起轻度肝组织学变化。

It has been confirmed that Alternanthera philoxeroides (APG) can markedly protect suckling mice from being infected by epidemic hemorrhagic fever (EHF)virus. After the infected mice were treated with the effective components their survival rate increased, pathological lesion and virus antigen in the tissues mitigated as compared with the conrols. Therapeutical dose of APG caused only slight deformation of the hepatic cells.
