芍药药用的炮制研究

Processing of Medicinal Peony

测试结果表明:芍药根茎部芍药甙、丹皮酚、苯甲酸的含量低,属质次部位;赤白芍中主成分基本相同,但含量有显著差异,应区分药用;白芍以直接刮去外皮不经水煮为佳。

The results show: (1)peony rhizome contains smaller amounts of paeonidin,paeonol and benzoic acid, being the part of lower medicinal efficacy (2)the main components in Radix Paeoniae Rubra and Radix Paeoniae Alba are basically similar,but greatly different in amount,and therefore,the two drugs should be used discriminatingly (3)unboiled Radix Paeoniae Alba with its bark peeled directly possesses the best of medicinal value.
