摘要
本文应用模糊数学的方法结合海事技术分析特点,在模糊统计的基础上提出一种分析海事因果关系的FUZZY数学模型。本文以此模型分析了搁浅触礁事故,取得了与实际经验基本相符的结论,效果较为满意。
In this paper, the author applies the fuzzy method to analysingmarine accidents and, on the basis of fuzzy statistics, sets forward an approach tostudying the causes and effects of marine accidents and to finding out the mainfactors which lie behind. By this approach, the author makes a survey of manycases of grounding accidents, and draws conclusions which correspond to real mari-time experiences.
