复方白背叶对急性胃、十二指肠出血的临床观察与实验研究

Clinical and Experimental Study on Compound Mallotus Apelta in Acute Gastroduodenal Hemorrhage

采用复方白背叶治疗急性胃、十二指肠出血136例,止血有效率为94.12％,大便隐血平均转阴时间为3.35天,疗效优于甲氰咪胍组(P<0.01)。对本品有效成分初步提取物醇提水溶液和药渣水提液进行动物药理实验,表明其具有止血和改善微循环等作用,其中醇提水溶液作用较强。

Effect of compound Mallotus Apelta on acute gastroduodenal hemorrhage in 136 cases were observed. The results showed that the overall effective rate of hemostasis reached 94. 12% and the aver- age time for the conversion of occult blood test from positive to neg- ative was 3. 35 days. These were superior to cimetidine treated group (P<0. 01). Pharmacological experiments showed both alcohol-sol- uble extract and water-soluble extract of compound Mallotus Apelta were effective in stopping bleeding and improving microcirculation, although the former was superior to the latter.
