双黄连粉针剂治疗高热72例总结

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Injection of Lonicerae. Scutellariae and Forsythiae Extracts in 72 Cases of Hyperpyrexia

本文报道用双黄连粉针剂治疗高热72例(治疗组),与氨苄青霉素治疗50例(对照组)对比,治疗组治愈率80.5％,总有效率91.67％;对照组治愈率82％,总有效率94％,p均>0.05。对病毒感染性高热,治疗组治愈率为91.83％,对照组为70％,p<0.05;治疗组对病毒感染性高热治愈率为91.83％,对细菌感染性高热治愈率为56.52％,p<0.05。提示双黄连粉针剂治疗高热效果与氨苄青霉素相同,其抗病毒力优于抗菌力.

The effect of injection of Lonicerae, Scutellariae and Forsythiae extracts was observed in 72 cases of hyperpyrexia, and contrasted with that of ampicilline. In treated group the cure rate was 80. 5% and the total effective rate was 91.67%. while in the control group they were 82% and 94% respectively. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were practically similar (p>0. 05). For vital hyper- pyrexia, the cure rate of the treated group was 91.83% yet only 70% in the control group (p<0. 05); however for bacterial hyper- pyrexia, the cure rate was 56. 52% (p<0.05). The results showed that this herbal injection was equivalent to ampicillin in anti-inflam- matory effect, but its anti-virus effect was far superior to its anti- bacterial effect(91. 83% Vs. 56. 52%).
