摘要
热敏实脸,经三种浓度的Iq7611(药物)处理的Hela细胞均显示出其对热的敏感性增高,且热增敏活性与药物浓度呈正相关,洗去药物后测试仍有热增敏作用测出。给U_(14)宫颈癌小鼠Iq7611 500mg/kg灌胃并用热疗,亦有显著地热增敏作用,同时测定瘤组织血流量,发现合并治疗组的血流量最多。另外在电镜下观察到合并治疗组对癌细胞膜的损伤较重,且癌细胞周围淋巴细胞增多并被激活,这些可能与其热增敏机制有关。
The observation of Iq7611 has shown that its thermosensitizing effect was well proved in vitro(on hela cells)and in vivo(U14 carcinoma in mice) experiments. The blood flow of tumor tissue was shown to be raised signifi- cantly under electron-microscope. The damaged tumor cell membrane, in addition to the increased and activated number of lymphocytes around the tumor in mice were observed as well.
