摘要 本文基于细胞ATP水平与细胞存活率成正相关,采用灵敏的生物发光分析肿瘤细胞经药物作用后胞内ATP水平,即可反映抗癌药物对细胞的致毒或致死作用,又具有简单、灵敏、快速、客观和定量的特点。用HL_(60)和SMMC_(7721)细胞株对实验条件及影响因素进行了初步探讨后,共检测29例恶性肿瘤患者,其符合率为82.8%。 Based on the observation that the cellular ATP level is positively related to cell survival a bioluminescence assay for ATP was adopted to study cytostatic or cytocidal effect of anticancer drugs on malignant cell growth by serial ATP measurement. This assay has the merit being simple,sensitive,and quantitative. Optimal conditions and the affecting factors of the test were preliminarily studied with HL_(60) and SMMC_(7721) cell lines. A total of 29 cases of malignant tumors were determined for chemosensitivity. The concurrence rate reached up to 82.8%.
