摘要 肿瘤患者脾来源的LAK细胞其增殖用的最低rlL_2量为250u/ml.LAK细胞泳动速率与脾细胞相比明显增快,其表型特征为T细胞系统.CD_3^+ CD_4^+/CD_^+ NK^-。4小时^(51)Cr释放试验显示其对NK敏感的K_(562)杀伤力为82%,对NK抵抗的Raji杀伤力为39%。PHA可诱导肿瘤患者脾来源的单个核细胞Tac抗原的表达增强,PHA联合rIL_2应用可使LAK增殖力增强,但其杀伤力却减低,因而PHA不能用于LAK细胞诱导。 The lowest amount of rIL-2 used for inducing LAK cells from the spleen of cancer patient is 250u/ml. The cellular microelectrophoresis mobility of the LAK cells is faster than spleen cells. The phenotype of LAK cells belongs to T cell system, that is CD3+,CD4+/CD8+,NK-.The 4h ^(51)Cr release assay showed that the cytotoxicity activity of LAX cells is 82%to K562,39%to Raji. PHA can increase expression of Tac Ag on mononuclear cells from spleen of cancer patient. PHA combined with rIL-2 can increase proliferation of LAK cells but the cytotoxicity activity of the LAK cells can be reduced.
