恶性肿瘤患者血清脂结合唾液酸含量的改变

Changes of Serum Lipid-bound Sialic Acid Contents in Cancer Patients

本文用改良硫代巴比妥酸显色法测定了100例正常受试者和85例恶性肿瘤忘者血清脂结合唾液酸的含量,其结果是正常人为167.6±62.4mg/L,27例肺癌患者为795.4±185.8mg/L,阳性率为92％;14例白血病患者为541.2±127.6mg/L,阳性率为93％;11例食管癌患者为650.8±287.5mg/L,阳性率为91％;9例胃癌患者为601.8±228.4mg/L,阳性率为100％;5例卵巢癌患者为740.4±331mg/L,阳性率为80％。故本法可作为诊断肺癌等恶性肿瘤的一种诊断指标。

The serum lipid-bound sialic acid(LSA) contents were measured by absorption spectrophotometry. Results revealed that the mean value of serum LSA for normal subjects was 167.6±62.4mg/L. Mean values in patients with lung cancer, leukemia, esophageal, gastric and ovarian carcinomas were 795.4±185.8mg/L, 541.2 127.6mg/L, 650.8±287.6mg/L, 601.8±228.4mg/L and 740.4±331mg/L respectively. Positive rates were found to be 92％, 93％, 91％, 100％ and 80％ in that order. Therefore, serum LSA level is a helpful marker in the diagnosis of cancer patients.
