恶性胸水全胸条野照射加胸腔内化疗(附13例报告)

Combined Treatment of Radiotherapy with Chemotherapy for Malignant Pieural Effusion.A Report of 13 Cases

癌性胸腔积液因疗效差,治疗麻烦,所以许多病人被拒绝治疗。我科自1988年11月1日至1990年1月1日,用“胸条野外照射加胸腔内化疗”综合的方法,收治了13例恶性胸腔积液患者,其中1例自动出院。治疗后,完全缓解(CR)7例,部分缓解(PR)5例,有效率100％,现存活时间最长的1例,胸水全消已达14个月之久。我们计划在胸水初步控制后作CT检查,寻找具体未控病灶,局部加量照射,使胸腔积液进一步得到控制。
