食管胸中段癌术前放疗后腹部淋巴结清扫问题的探讨(附100例报告)

Study on Coeliac Lymphadenectomy after Radiation Therapy for Middle Segment Esophageal Carcinoma

本文分析食管中段癌100例,其中术前放疗组31例,单纯手术组69例,两组的腹部淋巴结转移率分别为45.16％及14.50％,两者有显著性差异。作者提出食管中段癌放射治疗后再行腹腔淋巴结清扫,可望提高远期生存率。

One hundred cases of middle portion esophageal carcinoma were resected plus coeliac lymphnode dis- section ,of which 31 cases underwent preoperative radiation theraiy, 69 cases had surgical intervention alone. The lymph node metastatic rate was 45.16% and 14.50% respectively with significant difference, This result showed that preoper- ative radiation therapy plus coeliac lymphadenectomy may improve survival for these patients.
