60例次YAG激光治疗膀胱癌临床观察

Use of YAG Laser Therapy in 60 Cases of Bladder Cancer

我科从1989～1991年Nd-YAG激光治疗膀胱肿瘤60例次,随访时间4～28个月。1例局部复发(3％),8例其它部位复发(28％)。34例病人均未见穿孔、大出血合并症。激光治疗安全,适用于有选择性的膀胱肿瘤病人。

From 1989 to 1991, 60 patients with bladder cancer were treated with YAG laser and followed up for 4 to 28 months. One recurrence at the primary site and 8 recurrences at other parts of the bladder were fouled. No complication such as perforation of bladder wall or bleeding were developed in all the 34 treated patients. YAG laser irra- diation is a safe and optional therapeutic modality for bladder cancer in selected patients.
