周围神经肿瘤、滑膜肉瘤的凝集素受体检测

Lectin Receptors Assay in Peripheral Neurogenic Tumors and Synoviosarcomas Using Immunohistochemical Technique

应用ABC免疫组化技术对42例周围神经肿瘤和滑膜肉瘤进行12种凝集素受体检测。结果:神经鞘瘤和神经纤维瘤PNA和RCA均阴性,恶性神经鞘瘤分别为55％和100％阳性。神经鞘瘤均表达PHA,30％表达LCA;神经纤维瘤均表达LCA,50％表达PHA。滑膜肉瘤15％表达RCA,85％表达WGA;恶性神经鞘瘤均表达RCA,不表达WGA。提示:PNA和RCA尤其RCA为鉴别周围神经肿瘤良恶性的标志。LCA和PHA为鉴别神经鞘瘤和神经纤维瘤的标志。RCA和WGA可作为鉴别恶性神经鞘瘤和滑膜肉瘤的标志。

Using ABC immunohistochemical technique,a variety of 12 lectin receptors were determined in 42 peripheral neurogenic tumors and synoviosrcomas. The results showed that there were no expression of PNA and RCA receptors in neurilemmoma and neurofibroma,but the positive rates of PNA and RCA in malignant neurilemmoma were 55% and 100% respectively. PHA and LCA in neurilemmoma were 100% and 30%; 50% and 100% in neurofibroma. RCA and WGA were positive in synoviosarcoma in 15% and 85% of cases;and were 100% and negative in malignant neurilemmoma respectively, The PNA and RCA ,especially RCA can be regarded as markers differentiating benign from malignant peripheral neurogenic tumors. LCA and PHA could be used as markers in differentiating neurofibroma from neurilemmoma and RCA and WGA in differentiating malignant neurilemmoma from synoviosarcoma.
