摘要
对繁殖期内性成熟的公牦牛进行睾丸组织的定量分析和精子日产量的组织学测定,结果表明,牦牛每克睾丸实质的精子日产量为12.94±1.29×10~6,睾丸的精子日产量为4.66±0.47×10~9,牦牛的精子生产效率与普通牛和瘤牛相近,而睾丸的精子日产量低于普通牛而高于瘤牛。
Quantitative analyses of testicular tissue and histological determination of the daily sperm production have been performed on male Yak of sexual maturity in reproduction period. Result indicated that daily sperm production was (x ±SD) 12.94 ±1.29×10~a Spermatids/gram of testis parenchyma/day and 4. 66±0.47×10~9spermatids/tefis/day. The efficiency of sperm Production of yak is similar to cattle and zebu. Daily sperm production of yak is situated between cattle and zebu.
