Autogenous Vein Grafts in Repair of Major Arterial Injuries of Limbs

报告93例96条四肢主要动脉伤应用自体静脉移植修复的结果,全组无1例死亡,截肢率为6.5%,移植血管早期栓塞率为3.1%;47例术后随访1年以上,95.7%肢体血循环良好,并用多普勒超声显像方法观察移植血管通畅情况。总结了处理四肢主要动脉伤的基本经验,指出自体静脉移植是修复四肢动脉伤安全、易行而有效的方法。

The charts of 93 patients with 96 arterial injuries repaired with an autogenous vein graft were reviewed. The results showed thrombosis incidence of 3.1% for vein grafts, amputation rate of 6.5% and no death in this series. There were 47patients available for longterm (>one year after operation)follow-up, 95.7% of which had their extremities of excellent circulation and vein grafts patency in 18 cases were determined by doppler-ultrasonic imaging studies. An autogenous vein graft was proved to be a safe, readily accessible and effective means by which peripheral injuries can be repaired.
