摘要
本研究表明,Iq7613在5～20mg/kg的剂量范围内,对6种小鼠移植性肿瘤有效,特别对腹水瘤和白血病疗效极其显著,可使给药组部分甚至全部动物的肿瘤治愈。
This study demonstrated that Iq7613 was effective against 6 kinds of transplanted murine tumors in- cluding ascitic tumors,leukemias amd one solid tumor etc..It was especially effective against ascitic tumors and leukemias. It might cure some or even all mice in the treated groups. The results showed that Iq7613 was more effective than VCR in this study.
