胃癌组织GGT及其同工酶的生化研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文采用自身配对设计,对16例胃癌组织GGT及其同工酶进行了生物化学研究,定量检测表明癌组织内GGT异常升高.其比活性(u/g蛋白)与远癌组(对照组)的差异有非常显著性意义(t=55.5.P<0.01)。组织GGT呈现多区带变化.胃癌组织GGT同工酶表现为加样原位活性明显增强,小分子同工酶区带(Ⅰ、Ⅱ)出现多、快速泳动的GGT—Ⅰ出现率较远癌组高(P<0.025)。酶组化证实远癌组GGT呈较淡的着色.而癌组织大多可见明显的GGT阳性物质。本文资料提示GGT可以作为胃癌的标志酶。 Gamma-Glutamyl Transferase(GGT)and its isoenzyme were determined in 16 cases of gastric carcinomas both of the tumor tissue and tissues far away. The data showed that specific activity (U/g protein)in the carcinomas were much higher(t = 5. 55,P<0. 01)than that of control group (remote stomach tissue). In cancer tissues,seven zones of isoenzymes were observed. Original zones were stained strongly,fast moving zones(GGT- I , Ⅱ )increased,and the positive rate of GGT-I was 50% which was higher(P<0. 025)than that of the control group. Enzyme histochemistry confirmed that GGT in remote stomach tissue was absent and that most of carcinoma tissue showed positive GGT reaction. The present data suggest that GGT is a marker enzyme of gastric carcinoma.
