垂直分型无箱射压造型线砂处理微机控制系统总体设计

General Design of Microcomputer Control System for Sand Preparation System of Vertical-joint Boxless Moulding Line

以DISA垂直分型射压造型线为用砂对象,利用OMRON的SYSMAC C200H可编程序控制器、EG286微计算机、SK S-IV智能型型砂水分控制仪、Y55系列电子秤及料位与位置传感器件组成的自动控制与管理系统,实现造型用砂的自动控制和处理。调试和运行表明,系统设计合理,运行可靠,是一种实际可行的砂处理微计算机自动控制系统。

Using OMRON C200H programmable controller, microcomputer and some measuring equipments, the authors have developed the sand preparation computer control system short for SPCCS for vertical-joint boxless moulding line, It is shown by the results of living operation that the design of SPCCS is reasonable, its work is reliable and it is a advanced control system for the moulding-line in China
