摘要
该设计的主要特点是:在回转驱动机构的作用下,射砂机构可以绕机身回转。射砂机构完成射砂回转后,扩大了工作台的垂直空间,以满足需水平分型的砂芯的制作工艺要求。同时该设计仍保留传统射芯机芯盒垂直分型的特点。该设计改变了原射芯机应变能力差的缺点。
ures. Its sand-shot system driven by rotary driving mechanism can rotate aronud the machine body. After the sand-shot system rotates ,the machine has vertically a large space on the working table,which can meet with the technological requirements for roaching cores in horizontal-joint way,and also the machine has the same feature as old-type core shooters can make cores in vertical joint core boxes. This new design improves the utilities of old-type core shooters.
