摘要
考虑树脂砂再生设备选型时,一定要优先考虑工艺水平。已选定再生设备的工厂,一定要调整工艺水平,以便与设备协调,保证铸件质量。要获得水玻璃旧砂再生的最佳效果,需经振动破碎、振动球磨再生、低温加热预处理、筛分、搓擦冷却、风力再生和去除微粉等过程,据此设计了由4台主机组成的再生机组,有效完成了上述过程。
The technological level should be preferentially considered,as the selecting type of the reclamation equipment of the resin-bonded sand being considered. The factory, in which the selection of the reclamation equipment had been determined ;should adjust the technological level so as to give coordination with the equipment and ensure the casting quality, In order to obtain the best results of reclamation of resin-bonded used sand, the processes of vibrating break ,vibrating ball-grinding reclamation ,low temperature heating pre-treatment ,screcn(?),ub cooling ,pneumatic reclamation and fine powder collecting are necessitated to be practiced. Basing on this,the reclamation equipment set composed of 4 principal machines has been designed and it has effectively perfected the processes mentioned above.
