多级砂幕热砂冷却装置的试验研究

摘要 在分析国内外有关论著及现有冷却设备的基础上,利用传热传质原理提出了一种新的热砂冷却工艺——多级砂幕热砂冷却工艺,并通过大量试验获得了多级砂幕热砂冷却装置的最佳结构和工艺参数。研究结果表明,这种冷却装置不仅冷却效率高,而且结构简单、工作可靠、造价低、能耗小,可以作为有效的热砂冷却设备而用于机械化铸造车间。 Based on the analysis of previous works of many authors arid available cooling equipments, a new technology of return sand cooling——the technology of sated cooling with sand cascade has been developed. An experimental device has also been developed and optimum structutal and technical parameters obtained by a large number of tests. Results of the experiments show that cooling effect of the developed device can come up to and even exceed that of existing cooling eqipments. The device is simple in structure and reliable in operation, low in cost and power consumption, and can be an efficient sand cooler for mechanized foundries.
