简化多普勒超声测定心内左向右分流型先心病Q_p/Q_s比值

Determination of the Q_p/Q_s in Patients with Left to Right Shunting of Heart by a Simplified Doppler Echocardiographic Method

本文应用二维超声心动图(2DE)及脉冲多普勒超产心动图(PDE)对27例心内左向右分流的房间隔缺损(ASD)和室间隔缺损(VSD)病人,用简化的和传统的多普勒超声法测定肺/体循环血量比值(Q_p/Q_s),并设20名正常人对照。27例有分流的病人,还用心导管Fick氏法测得Q_p/Q_s。结果表明:简化的多普勒法可以替代传统的多普勒法计算Q_p/Q_s。

We determined pulmonary to systemic blood flow ratio(Q_p/Q_s) in 27 patients with left to right shunting atrial septal defect or ventricular septal defect and 20 normal subject by two dimensional echocardiography(2DE) and pulsed Doppler echocardiography(PDE). The Q_p /Q_s ratios were calculated using simplified and conventional Doppler echocardiographic method. In patients with a shunt, the Qp/Qs ratios were also obtained at cardiac catheterization by fick method. Both the simplified and the conventional Doppler Q_p/Q_s ratios correlated Well with the Fick's Q_p/Q_s ratios(r= 0.916 and 0.922, respectively). These results indicate that the conventional Doppler method to calculate the Q_p/Q_s ratio can be simplified and this simplified Doppler method is frasible and accurate.
