术中B型超声检查对胃癌浸润范围判定的临床价值

Clinical Value of Detecting Invision Extension of Gastric Cancer by Intraoperative Ultrasonography

我们在36例胃癌手术中应用术中B型超声检查(IOUS)对胃癌胃壁浸润深度和侧方侵润范围及其与邻近脏器的关系进行了判定。早期胃癌5例,进展期胃癌31例。结果显示IOUS对胃癌胃壁浸润深度的判定准确率为97.22%,对肿瘤侧方浸润范围判定的准确率为88.24%。它可显示肿瘤与胰腺、肝十二指肠韧带、腹主动脉及肠系膜根部的关系,并能区分肿瘤浸润与炎症粘连。有助于胃癌手术中对胃及周围组织切除范围的确定。

We detected the depth of tumor invasion, the lateral extension of tumor along stomach wall and the relation with adjacent organs by intraoperative ultrasonography (IOUS) during operation of 36 cases of gastric cancer. There were 5 cases of early stage and 31 of advanced stage. The results indicated that the accuracy rate of IOUS for detecting the depth and lateral extension of tumor invasion is 97.22%, 88.24%, respectively. IOUS could show the relations of tumor with pancrease, hepato-duodenal ligament, abdominal aorta and the root of mesentery. It could differentiate the tumor invasion from inflammation adhesion as well. It is helpful to determine the resection extent of stomach and surrounding tissues. during operation of gastric cancer.
