Ultrasonography in the Diagnosis of Pancreatic Stones

本文报告19例胰腺结石超声检查结果。其资料均经手术及病理证实。文中阐述了胰腺结石超声诊断的重要性,描述了胰腺结石的回声表现,探讨了胰腺结石及其并发症——胰腺囊肿、脓肿以及癌肿超声诊断价值及局限性,并分析了癌肿漏诊原因。

Nineteen cases of pancreatic stones diagnosed by B—mode ultrasonography were reported and the results were confirmed by the surgical operation and histopathology. The significance of sonography in making diagnosis of the pancreatic stones was discussed, and the sonographic features of the pancreatic stones and of its concomitants (pancreatic cyst, abscess and carcinoma) were described. The limitations of ultrasonography in diagnosis of pancreatic stones and the causes of misdiagnosis were pointed out.
