High Resolution Ultrasonography of Male Reproductive Organ Disease

用10MHz双功软探头对111例男性外生殖器疾病包括睾丸及附睾炎症、鞘膜积液、睾丸血肿、附睾囊肿、隐睾、精索静脉曲张等疾病进行了检测,结果表明:应用此种高频探头可以明确区分睾丸、附睾炎症和血肿。较易检出隐睾并显示其内部结构。应用二维及多普勒双种功能技术可明确诊断精索静脉曲张的程度并能作为一种客观依据对术后效果作出评价。目前,本法对男性外生殖器疾病已作为定性和判断手术指征的重要依据。

One hundred and eleven cases of male reproductive diseases including epididymis, testitis, cyst of epididymis, cryptochidism and varicocele were scanned with 10 MHz bifunctional soft probe. Utilization of high frequency probe may differentiate distinctively testitis from hemorrhage of testis and may easily find the location and structrure of the cryptochidism. The combined use of 2 dimensional ultrasonography and Doppler technique may be helpful fo detect the extent of varicocele and to evaluate the postoperative efficacy. High resolution ultrasonography has been an important method for diagnosing the scrotal disease and the main indicator to decide whether the surgical or nonsurgical treatment should be undertaken
