胃次全切除术后胆囊排空功能的超声研究

摘要 24例胃次全切除术患者服自制胆囊标准试餐(Lundh试餐:脂肪18.0g、蛋白质15.0g、碳水化合物45.0g),行B超检查,其空腹胆囊B超容积为29.22±15.35ml。餐后最小残余容积为13.69±7.96ml。最大收缩率为52.26±17.63%,与正常对照组差异显著。提示:胃次全切除术后,胆囊排空功能呈多指标性减弱。 This article presents the sonographic changes of gallbladder motility functions in 24 patients after gastrectomy. All patients used with Lundh Test Meal (fat 18. Og, protein 15. Og, carbohydrate 45. Og). The results of investigation suggest: 1) the fasting gallbladder volume is 29. 22±15.35ml; 2) the minimal residual gallbladder volume is 13.69±7.96ml; 3) the percentage maximal gallbladder contration is 52.26±17.63%. It is concluded that many indexes of gallbladder motility functions were decrease in patients after gastrectomy.
