大鼠脊髓立体定位磁控过半夹损模型 被引量:3

An over-semi-transection model of rat spinal cord produced by a stereo-magnetically controlled pincher

摘要 本工作以夹损力量和夹损时间可调,一侧脊髓夹臂可向中单向施夹的数字式磁控脊髓夹损仪,及特制的立体定位支架复制大鼠 T_8、T_9脊髓的过半损伤。单臂电流0.12A,夹损时间0.5s 为造成一侧脊髓完全离断的阈损伤参数,结果表明,该模型脊髓损伤参数客观定量并具有高度的可重复性。 An over-semi-transection model of the spinal cordin rats was produced by a spinal pincher with pinchingforce and duration adjustable and one arm unidirection-ally movable towards the middle between two arms.Acomplete transection was made under parameter of 1.2A and 0.5 see.A damage region of 1878.73 μmlength in average was shown in the transected side oneweek after the surgery in which neuronal necrosis andnerve fiber degeneration were seen.These results indi-cate that the pincher is reasonally designed and charac-terized by its ingenious construction and convenience inmanupulation and that the damaging parameter isvalid,the model reproducibility is high,and the semi-transection is complete.
