摘要
本文报告并分析了将细胞核仁组成区嗜银蛋白技术应用于脑膜瘤的研究结果,表明恶性脑膜瘤与良性脑膜瘤,复发脑膜瘤和未复发脑膜瘤间细胞核仁组成区嗜银蛋白计数有非常显著的差异。我们认为脑膜瘤细胞核仁组成区嗜银蛋白计数对判断肿瘤的生物学行为,预测肿瘤复发是一个有用的工具。
This paper reports the application of argyrophilicnucleolar organizer proteins(AgNOR) in the meningealtumors.A follow-up study were done in 15 patientswith meningeal tumors.The studies showed that themean AgNOR count was statistically different (P<0.001)betweenbenign tumors(248±58)and malig-nant tumors(349±133).The count for recurrentmeningiomas(383±148)was also statistically differ-ent(P<0.001)from non-recurrent meningiomas(259±69).The AgNOR count may help to prophesy of tu-mor recurrence.
