硬脑膜动静脉瘘——(附15例报告)

Dural arteriovenous fistula:report of 15 cases

本文报告了15例硬脑膜动静脉瘘。这是一种少见的颅内血管病变,病因尚不十分清楚。其临床缺乏特殊表现,诊断有赖于脑血管造影。选择性血管内栓塞与外科手术相结合是治疗本病较好的措施。

Fifteen patients with dural arteriovenous fistula(DAVF)were treated in our hospital from March,1986 to December,1991.It accounted 5% of intracra-nial vascular malformations at the same period oftime.In our cases the average age was 32.5 years,that was younger than the patients of foreign articles.The main manifestations was the intracranial mur-murs,accounting for 60%(9/15 cases).Next was in-tracranial hemorrhages in 5 cases(33%).Accordingto cerebral angiography,the orifice of the fistula wereidentified in 15 cases.Both superior sagittal,trans-verse or sigmoid sinus were found.in 5 cases.Ligationof the occipital artery,the temporal superficialis arteryor the external carotid artery respectively in 5 cases,the other 5 cases on the selective endovascular em-bolizations.The good result of surgery in our groupwas 83%.One patient died after operation.
