隐匿性脑血管畸形18例报告

从1985～1986年我所共收治脑血管畸形559例,手术治疗418例,手术死亡率6.22％(26例死亡)。自1984年开始应用显微手术处理84例患者后,手术死亡率1.2％(1例死亡)。出血是脑血管畸形最常见的首发症状,本组发生率占蛛网膜下腔出血的24.6％,首次出血年龄发生在16～35岁之间占53.85％。本文对脑血管畸形的手术技术,适应症和再出血的危险进行了讨论。

From 1958 to 1986 year, 559 patients of intracranial arteriovenous malformations has been treated at Beijing Institute of Neurosurgery,418 cases were preformed by surgery.The operative mor -tality was 6.22%(26 cases died).Since 1984 year, 84 cases were treated by the microsurgery. The mortality rate droped to 1.2%(1 case died).Hemorrhage was the commonest first symptom of AVMs, the incidence was 24.6% in ourall cases of SAH.53.85% of the first hemorrhage occurred between the age of 16 to 35 years.In this paper, operative techniques,the indication for surgery and the dangerous of rebleeding for AYMs are discussed.
