摘要
在对模型试验数据进行线性回归分析的基础上,求得了处理轧钢废水旋流沉淀池设计面积负荷率的计算公式,并分析讨论了池数确定方法。分析表明,池组的总池面面积、总占地面积和总池壁面积,决定於设计面积负荷率,与池数无关。
Based on the Linear regression analysis of the model test data, a formula used to calculate the surface load for design of cyclonic sedimentation tank is obtained. Through data analysis, the paper proved that data obtained from tests on the cyclonic sedimentation tank models of small diameters can be used in design of cyclonic tanks of large diameters in practice. By considering the fact that for the treatment of wastewaters of same flow rate and same quality, either a larger number of cyclonic tanks of smaller diameter or a smaller number of cyclonic tanks of larger diameter can be used to meet the treatment requirement but with different costs, the paper offered the optimization design approach of cyclonic sedimentation tank.
